mYriad
Hey!!! hc choir concert '05: myriad. wad can i say...it was truly wonderful! it wasn't just singing on our own, for some competition...true there was pressure to perform, but it was so enjoyable! For once we're not singing for ourselves but sharing our songs with everyone else and that felt good.
There wasn't any tension whatsoever. It was just go out there and do it! And it helped that we weren't singing to a whole lot of hostile, unfamiliar faces (ok so most of them were unfamiliar), and that we loved wad we were doing!
So here's thanks to gong yue and mel, fellow j1 choristers who endured :s sigulempong actions and memorising senseless african lyrics...as well as enjoyed sleep, night, bin-na-ma (stamp stamp stamp!) and ba jun zan (my fave!)
Thanks to the ppl who came to support us...melvin, eric, junhao, kwong ee, cj, wujuan, xinyi...did i miss out anyone?
And of coz, thanks to everyone who msged and wished me (or us) good luck! u know who u are...it was touching to know that ppl rmbed...(cue: aww...)

hello everyone! Hope liping get well soon...Anyway, the class BBQ was a total fun...hahaz, at least we get the fire going...all thanks to people who help start the fire...:D
I think we order too much food le, coz after the whole BBQ, quite a lot of food is left behind...next bbq can cancel away the chicken chop and mutton satay :D The otah and stingray are so delicious! I muz say i ate quite a lot on that day lor...maybe nobody realises it...:P
EEP is finally over. Everyone enjoyed themselves? Well...at least for bowling i did...but mi din really like paintball...coz it is rather expensive and also the duration of the paintball game is too short, so it seems like it is a waste of $$. Bowling was super fun coz we get to bowl like nobody's business :D

anw yall noe liping's down w ear infection and high fever right.. she's been hospitalised since last thursday.. =( not sure whether she's still in e hospital not thou.. but do try to go visit her k? cos like her fellow ward mates r like all old pple, bet she'll really appreciate it if like we can go visit her so she wun be so bored... SGH blk 4, ward 46, level 6, rm 24, bed 7.. i think... hope i didnt provide e wrong details...

Heyz ppl... long time no tok liaoz so heres it: =)Firstly rite, i just wanna thank you guys for coming down to support the bball lahz... its was veri nice and exciting games so hopefulli u all enjoyed it.. =) yah esp ecaco they all put in a lot of effort lahz..
Den hor... to CJ's comments lahz.. its not our idea wat so eva to sing the school song but it was a MUST to do so. n also rite, the girls did win too mah! hahaz... den timing not that rite and tj was cheering lahz... but we had to do it=)
I think todaes cheering realli was a veri nice thing for me lahz... even though we like last-minuteli lost, i think we put on a tough fight and 3 cheers for bball!

Today was basketball finals for boys and girls. Girls against VJC, guys against TJC.I think most people in class went down to cheer... coz must have HWACHONG SPIRIT...
The girls game was first and as expected, we won... rather dominating victory too. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the boys game... Although they fought back from a ten-point deficit in the first quarter to a 4 point lead in the 3rd or 4th quarter ( can't really remember, getting old...), TJ fought back valiantly in the last 3 minutes to gain a 5 point lead in the end... SADNESS. I guess everyone was quite disappointed coz the match was rather close in the mid-stages with the lead ping-ponging between both teams. Sigh, but i think it was a good performance by the basketball team and i must say congratulations... even to the boys... although they didn't get the results we'd all hoped for. Hopefully next year can get champ...eh teng chuan?
But i must say, it was super-retarded of us to sing school song at the end. Reasons are simple...
a) We didn't win
b) Wrong time to sing, TJ was cheering lor...
c) Sing chinese version some more, really not long...
d) Most people were exhausted after cheering for so long
Hence i must say it was not the smartest idea from the councillors... no offence gum, kf, shu hui.
All in all, a rather good experience indeed...

The guitar concert was a great performance! I love the spirited away item and RJC item, and also the wilbur item whereby a lot of good mandarin pop songs are played...cool!!!
Sad to say, the item performed by zhang da when he sang jacky cheung's ta lai ting wo de yan chang hui and jay chou's qi li xiang are not very good...coz he always sing off tune and he seems to be imitating the singers lor...and the pitch is wrong at some notes, and the feeling is not there. The worst thing is of cuz the off tune part lah! A lot of people also think he sang quite badly :P
But overall, it is really a good performance. Good job! :D

Ben here... What time is the sports meet and do they welcome crashers(*hint hint*)? haha... From what I see, the class spirit is hitting rock bottom...Pple dun let it the flame die out, k?Class outing...looks like it gotta be postponed till a time when everyone can come out, I supposed. Me quite sad, haven been on a class outing for nearly 1 month liao. (*boohoo...*)
Can someone continue the chem story? I very eager to read it. =) Maybe the author should publish it on a book cos it's so good! (*grins*)
