A revision of Newton's gas laws: A kind reminder to surroundings atoms. Pls give them sufficient space cos if you check ur notes: at pressures above 350 atm, molecules are so close where they experience repulsive forces. But, at pressures up to 350 atm, molecules will experience intermolecular attractions before they hit the walls. Let's keep the ideal and current pressure below 350 atm so the rate of reaction will be more significant. YaY!

hahas this blog is starting to look like eric's personal notice board through no fault of his own. lol. so i shall try to revive this blog by telling you all a little story. please note that any resemblance to anyone either dead or living is purely coincidental.-lei-

it starts like this : one afternoon, CHEMISTRY OLYMPIAD or affectionately termed "chem piad" by its participants from 05S77, was taking place. it is a sporting event where all the molecules and atoms get together to get better aquainted. anyway to get on with the story..erbium the atom was happily bouncing around, excercising, flexing his electrons and trying to attract the other atom lithium, however, due to the fact that lithium has a much lower MR, it escaped before the bonds could be formed properly. Erbium became extremely upset and agitated, therefore as soon as "chem piad" was done, with all the exercises he's been doing he thought he could sure catch up with lithium. sadly though, it was not meant to be, this story ends with the quote from erbium "why did she have to leave so early?" :( p.s.now's the time for everyone to go "aww..so sad"

how ever this is not the end of the story, for every coin has two sides and this story or rather the continuation of it from the lithium's point of view. this is the day after "chem piad", lithium is tired from all those excercises. she was happily floating in the "chem prac" which is the practice sessions for "chem piad". she was happy to note that she is situated not that far off from erbium. however, as soon as the "chem prac" was over, erbium somehow started moving at an increased velocity even though the pressure and temperature remained constant. very soon he was out of lithium's sight. but rest assure it is not a case of out of sight, out of mind, instead, absence makes the heart grow fonder and lithium looks sadly at the electrons she was about to give away and sigh. "why did he have to leave so early?"

now this story is getting really sad, could it be lithium and erbium are juz not meant to be bonded together? will they form sigma or pi bonds? will they be electro-negative, polar or wat not? how many bonds will they form? for answers to all these, please remain faithful the the page of hci05s77.blogspot.com and all inspired molecules are welcome to contribute their alternative endings to this beautiful sad story of LITHIUM AND ERBIUM

Anyway, the donation thingy is kind of lame, coz it is COMPULSORY, which seems very ironic, coz charity is never a compulsory thingy...they even got a specific sum of money for each CT lor...kind of lame diao...but i guess the money is quite okay lah...although i complain a lot when i heard it is COMPULSORY...

Tml is 2.4km napha test and chemistry class test...good luck once again!

well...i think dun care lah...ultimately is the track people who win lor...so nvm lah...hahaz, sports day is designed for track people :P

Anyway, for those who forgot to bring newsweek's money today...please bring $31.30 by tml coz by tml, the money problem has to be settled if not kuan khoon will haunt you foreva! :P

And for your info, bio TYS is available at the bookshop now, so go and buy lor :D

For the class tee, T-shirt is really so boring lor...cant we do anything SPECIAL...every time T-shirt like so sianz diao lor...some more the colour is WHITE...-_-, can we have something unique as a class?

hey every1... i rilly "beep"ed up the physics test today. dunno why my brain couldn't work and i got the whole motorcycle question wrong!!! jus to share wid ya'll my "joy" after doing the test since every1 complain nobody posts so here i am! sigh... de class seems 2 lack the enthuness of b4. all we do each day is sit at class bench and play bridge (althou i got no objectns to dat). so boring... can't we hav klass outin' soon? er... another thing i think our class the sports day pts get deducted like mad liao (cuz every1 pon includin me)... nvm actually i also don care hahazz -TeNgChUaN

Haha. Amusing entry there.

Wah today was physics test, which I felt I was already going to be dead for, cos was super busy on Monday whole day and wasted my weekend away sleeping and shopping. Aiy. Bad time management there, but mostly no motivation to study. I guess it was doable, the test, but I feel so stupid, so super careless! When doing one of the MCQs, I scribbled down the workings and happily divided the answer by half for no apparent reason. So my final answer is wrong. Well done. And the MCQs are worth 2 marks each. -_-"

Well anyways, gotta study harder for chem and bio tests coming up... cannot keep failing tests~!

And our supposed class tee. Can it not be white? So mundane.................. Already the idea of a tshirt is very plain and not outstanding, nothing special, nothing different. Round neck short sleeved cotton t-shirt, plus white color? Please reconsider man. Sorry if I seem to be coming on a bit strong here, just trying to put across my feelings. So yeah. We don't need to rush to get this teeshirt out alright? As long as everyone will be satisfied with it.

Eric here. Napha test for 5 items is finally over...i think no 2.4km run coz some sch is using the TCHS track for some sports day thingy, which means next week is 2.4km run napha test.

Anyway, luckily today mr chow din splash the water on me, coz he was like directly IN FRONT OF ME, when he was about to swing the whole pail of water, but i think it could not be done, coz no space for him to do...in the end heng heng he went up on stage to do the swinging of the pail. I really think he will splash the water on me if he did that in front of me lor...

Hahaz, actually mi quite shocked that mr jerry chai is ardy a father, he looks quite young lor...i think people cannot tell that he is ardy a father liao...hahaz

Hey! long time since i post anything on the class blog...
that's the thing with me, i can't multi task, if i have my own blog, i tend to write more in it (even though it's still pathetically few in terms of entries)

anyway, that doesn't mean i don't read it....i just saw eric's best wishes for my OAP interview...( still.... better late than never...thanks alot eric ! )

anyway, why are there so few people posting???
complains aside, can't think of what to say...
oh yeah! i can share this ...my mum was very impressed with mr yeow during the parents day thingy.... =) ... then she was sharing some of the things that happened...apparently a few people ask the principal very stupid questions like "are the uniforms to be worn tucked in or out"...and our principal gladly obliged to say that they will be checking the uniforms more often to ensure that they are being worn properly.

Yay new template! Looks really nice. =) Er, my first post after a looooong hiatus from this blog. Lol. I have nothing to say la actually. Hmmx. Oh.

April's a really nice month, cos it's the fourth month of the year. It's springtime! And "april" just sounds great, don't you agree? It has just that nice twang to it. Haha. It has only 30 days, a nice round number, not like 28 or 29 or 31. And most importantly, (being bhb here) a lot of wonderful people are born in April! hahaha. So, april is the best month of the year.
