food!

okay i have this chef friend, who could help us prepare the food for our christmas party if you guys want.. it will definitely be cheaper than outside cos he's sort of doing this as a favour. um we talked about some possible dishes that he can whip up for us:

-potato salad
-turkey, stuffed or not
-rosemary and thyme lamb
-nachos and cheese
-garlic bread, the bread will be homemade and stuff the garlic spread is also prepared by himself
-fruit punch

just some suggestions.. if you guys want to get him to prepare, he will just be working in my kitchen, so delivery and all that i can work out with him. and you guys can request certain dishes and i can ask whether he can do it. and mel might get us a logcake from some bakery near her house.

yeah, i gotta give a confirmation by tuesday whether we want him to do it or not so he can prepare. i'll post again regarding the price and stuff!
